Renovating a staircase is not something you do every day. That is why we guide you through every step, with care, craftsmanship and personal contact. From the first conversation to the handover, we ensure a clear process and a result you can rely on for many years.
Here is what you can expect from us, in 5 steps:
1. Consultation
2. Measuring up
3. Preparation
4. Expert installation
5. Handover
Every stair renovation starts with a personal consultation, either at your home or in our showroom. We talk through your wishes, your style of living and your practical requirements, look at the existing staircase and show you decor samples. During the conversation we help you think through material, finish and comfort, and you receive a clear, tailor-made quote straight away. That way you know exactly where you stand.
Once you have agreed to the quote, our specialists measure up your staircase fully and precisely. From treads and risers to stringers and handrails, every detail is carefully recorded. This precision is the foundation for a renovation that fits perfectly and looks sleek.
In the preparation phase we go through all the details together. The quote, the measurements and our agreements are checked once more. We then carefully prepare all the components in our warehouse, so that the installation runs smoothly and efficiently.
On installation day, our experienced fitters renovate your staircase without any chiselling or demolition work. One staircase is completed in one day. They work neatly, and by the end of the day your staircase is ready to use straight away.
Afterwards we walk through the result together. We check that everything is right and that you are happy. We also stay involved after the handover. In this way we finish the process as we began it: with attention, craftsmanship and personal contact.
“Finished within a day, skilfully and tidily. The result is beautiful — I would wholeheartedly recommend them.”
